Arkansas Supreme Court Rules in West Memphis 3 Case

The Arkansas Supreme Court issued a ruling the the West Memphis 3 case. The court opinion can be found here. The Court ruled that the trial court must hold a hearing to determine if any new evidence would result in an acquittal.
