News: 2 killed in wrong-way crash on I-40 in Conway

CONWAY, AR – Two drivers were killed after a major wrong-way crash on I-40 in Faulkner County early Sunday morning.

According to a report by Fox 16, the crash took place at about 1 a.m. as 19-year-old Jose Nelson Us Tiquiram was traveling east in the westbound lanes of the interstate and slammed into an oncoming vehicle. A third vehicle then became involved in the crash.

Both Us Tiquiram and the driver of the other vehicle, 26-year-old Danerryen Spencer, suffered fatal injuries in the crash.

It is unclear if any other injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
