News: Missouri man killed in Green Co. crash

PARAGOULD, AR – A multi-vehilce crash involving a semi-truck in Green County took the life of a Missouri man last Friday evening.

According to a report by KAIT, 44-year-old Eric Ward Abernathy, ran the stop sign at Highway 358 and Highway 412 at about 9 p.m.

Ward’s vehilce was struck by a 2001 Peterbilt Truck heading south through the intersection.

Abernathy suffered fatal injuries in the crash. It is unclear if the driver of the truck was hurt.
